How to make a business work/opinionated!

You need a NEW idea, rarely will a general store become an national company, with a new idea there is some or no competition and you feel more rewarded too. You have to be passionate about it, the sole idea of money isn't enough, it's around 86% of companies fail in their first year. And of course advertising, no one will buy from a business they don't know about, location, crisma etc are huge factors.......good luck! Any other ideas how a business might work post

You HAVE to research, find a niche in the market and exploit it. then research your target audience to ensure your advertisements are aimed at the right people.

Make a good business plan. You'll need it for investors and creating partnerships. Think of the future, but don't ignore your foundations. When you're CEO of a multi-national, you can afford to have your head in the clouds and provide leadership only. But when you first start a business you are leader, manager and quite possibly work-force.

Leaders have their heads in the clouds, managers have their feet on the ground, it's tough having both!

hi all I know it is after Christmas but merry Christmas any how I just hate how all these folks are forgetting what christmas means.... any how they want everything politically correct and such ....
